His collaborations in the field of mental health legislation and services organization include: Italian Ministry of Health (drafting and reviewing national legislation), European Union (participation in two projects collecting and reviewing EU-members legislation in mental health) and WHO (collaboration with the Mental Health Policy, Legislation and Human Rights Office, Geneva).
