Soumitra Pathare

Soumitra Pathare (Course Co-ordinator) is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune. He co-authored the WHO Resource Book on Mental Health Law and Human Rights and has contributed to the WHO Mental Health Policy and Service Guidance Package. He has worked as a WHO consultant in various countries like Indonesia, Samoa and Vanuatu assisting them in drafting and implementing mental health legislation. He is also a member of the International Advisory Board of the International Journal of Social Psychiatry.
